Privacy notice
A plain-language summary followed by detailed terms. Last reviewed for this pre-launch build on 2026-08-12.
Summary
This static publication does not include analytics, advertising trackers, user accounts or a working contact form. It uses local storage only to remember the cookie-preference notice and limited interface choices on the reader’s device.
Information handled
Ordinary web hosting may process technical request data such as an IP address, timestamp, requested path and user-agent string for security and delivery. The production host, retention period and responsible organisation must be documented before launch. This build does not transmit those details to an analytics provider.
Singapore PDPA context
Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act provides a baseline standard for personal-data protection. This notice is a general implementation starting point, not legal advice. The production owner should confirm applicable obligations, purposes, consent or other legal bases, access and correction processes, retention, transfers and breach response with qualified counsel.
Local preferences
The consent component stores a version number, a saved choice and a timestamp in local storage. No analytics or marketing option is shown because those technologies are not included. Clearing browser storage removes the preference and causes the notice to appear again.
Third-party links
Source links lead to external websites with their own privacy practices. Following a link is a reader choice. This publication does not receive a report that a particular reader visited a source page.
Security and retention
Production hosting should apply proportionate security to request logs, deployment records and any future contact data. Personal data should not be retained merely because storage is available. The responsible organisation should document access controls, retention periods, deletion routines and escalation for suspected unauthorised access.
Access, correction and enquiries
Once a verified responsible entity and contact route exist, the notice should explain how an individual can make an access or correction request and how identity will be verified without collecting excessive information. Requests should be logged, assessed and answered under an approved procedure.
Contact and review
A verified privacy contact has not yet been supplied. It is a production blocker recorded on the contact page and in the README. This notice requires professional legal review and consistent updates when hosting, contacts or data practices change.
